Image Watermark

Upload an image and overlay a text watermark with full control over placement, appearance, and opacity. Choose where the watermark appears (center, or any corner), set the font size and color, and adjust the opacity so it's visible but doesn't overwhelm the image content.

Watermarking is useful for protecting photos you share online, branding preview images for clients, or marking draft versions of design work. The tool draws the watermark directly onto the image canvas, so the output is a single flat image — the text can't be removed or edited after export.

Everything runs in your browser. The image and watermark text never leave your device.

Frequently asked questions

Can the watermark be removed after downloading?

No — the watermark is burned into the pixel data of the exported image. It's not a separate layer. Someone could try to paint over it or crop it out, but the original pixels under the watermark are permanently altered.

What positions are available?

You can place the watermark in the center of the image (common for full-image protection), or in any of the four corners (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right) — useful for branding or attribution marks.

Can I use a logo image instead of text?

This tool supports text watermarks only. For logo watermarks, you'd need an image overlay tool that composites two images together.
